Kick106 hitting new heights!

hey it's me guys :D

 

Been very busy lately with the growth of kick106.co.uk and my partenership with the previous owner. I had an adea which i was toying with and put it to him, next thing wham! we're doing the whole station together, from forums to DJ's to getting people to do shows etc, man it takes time to do this stuff!!

Anyway big news on the horizon ( the reason i became involved so heavily in kick106 ) was the the title of ' Unofficial Radiostaion for DJMag '...yep we're currently gettign the approval of DJMag to become their radiostation of choice ( unofficially ofc! )

So what does that mean? well we'll get a mention in the magazine soon and we'll also have the ( unofficical) backing of them when it comes to name pulling and future projects, which can only help us expand. 

 

So basically that's taking all my time up atm and we're scouting for new DJ's to take on show slots all the time ( including someone on here...you know who you are ;)  )  

 

Also got some new equipment turning up this week, namely a pair of Denon DNS3500 CD decks and DJM600 to replace my DJM3000,so it's all gogogo!!

 

 Still not smoking, 10 weeks now woot!

   I see on the webpage that you've got some free slots, would you play pre-recorded mixes every couple of weeks if some of us Muppets sent them to you on a regular basis?
